In this trail, we will discover the diversity of food of the main ethnic groups in Singapore. And while any foodie tour can take you on a hawker trail, we’ll let you in on the secrets behind the best stalls. The private group is intentionally kept intimate as our food stops are small businesses specially handpicked to reflect artisanal techniques – not the ones typically visited by commercial tours. More than tasting, you will also get a full palate education on the herbs & spices that are used in the traditional culinary kitchens of this region.
In between eating stops, we take a breath to explore some terrific street art and walk through atmospheric alleys. This is the ultimate feast for the stomach and eyes!
Notes :
– Gluten-free, Vegan, Vegetarian-friendly. Just let us know in advance!
– Love the environment! We do not use plastic and minimise the waste in this experience.
If possible, we recommend taking the tour at the beginning of your trip as you’ll learn everything you need to know about Singapore. We start at 9:30am for the day tour as we will end at around 1pm, as that is when it is most humid and hot in Singapore. If you prefer, we can start earlier or later as our tours are always private for your group exclusively. This tour is not only about food, but also about the stories and fun facts about Chinatown and Little India. We will give you an amazing comprehension of the city, it’s people and daily life.
We love curious kids on our tours, plus we have a special activity book to keep them occupied! Just let us know when booking.
Children under 5 can come along free of charge. Just let us know when booking so we know the total number of people in the group.
Of course! Singapore cuisine is the result of a fascinating culture fusion. There is something for everyone. We can adapt our food tours to be vegetarian at no additional cost. Our vegan and gluten-free food tours might incur an additional supplement as the food establishments that we are visiting would be different.
Yes, we have experience designing and leading tour routes that are accessible to wheelchairs.
